Xinwu Mall is located approximately one km north of the Wuhu
CBD, enjoying excellent access being located at the junction of
Fenghuang Food Street and Zhongshan Road Shopping Street,
the two main carriageways of Wuhu. It is amongst the first few
one-stop shopping, dining and entertainment destinations in
the locality.
Xinwu Mall is a four-level shopping mall
anchored by Wal-Mart. Other key tenants
include popular brands like KFC and
Watson’s. It is positioned as a destination
for middle-income families and fits well
with the targeted population catchment
demographic profile.
In 2009, we completed the minor upgrades
at levels 1 and 3. We reconfigured existing
retail shops into smaller units in an open
layout concept. This concept not only
improved utilisation efficiency, and also the
diversity of retail offerings.
